Robbie has been a Tahoe /
Truckee resident since 1980. He was originally licensed in real estate in 1984. He has a Marketing and Business Administration degree from the
University of
Vermont and many years of real estate experience. He enjoys the challenge of knowing the market and meeting buyers and sellers needs. You will be rewarded with his real estate experience, knowledge, negotiation skills and dedication to finding the right property for you. Formerly a National Champion and ranked in the top three in the world as a professional mogul skier, Robbie has a wealth of knowledge of living in the mountains and mountain property.
Karen is practically a native of the Tahoe /
Truckee area as well. She grew up in
Tahoe
City and left for a short time to get a Bachelor of Science degree at Cal Poly in
San Luis Obispo and later a Master's Degree from UC Davis. Karen taught at UC Davis for a couple of years and then spent 15 years working in the outdoor clothing industry designing and developing outerwear for companies like The North Face. Most of the time she telecommuted from her home in
Truckee but also loved her extensive travels abroad. In 2000, she joined Robbie in real estate. Like Robbie, Karen thoroughly enjoys finding the right property for her clients. She listens, pays attention to details and you will know when you work with her that she cares.
Robbie and Karen love living in
Truckee and call Tahoe Donner home. They live in a ski-in, ski-out & bike-in, bike-out location and make the most of living in the mountains. They are avid alpine and nordic skiers in the winter and road and mountain bike riders in the summer.
